How to schedule an appointment
Call the clinic office at (940) 565-2631, or stop by the clinic to make an appointment. The Clinic staff will ask you for basic information, which will be used to assign your case. After the Clinic Director assigns your case, you will be notified by a clinician to schedule an intake appointment.

If you miss an appointment
The Psychology Clinic assesses a charge of 1/2 the session fee for missed therapy appointments and $10.00 for missed assessment appointments.

Fees
The Psychology Clinic is a non-profit clinic that serves as a supervised training facility for advanced Ph.D.-level student clinicians. Every trainee is supervised by a licensed psychologist, and all of our clients receive the benefits of a licensed psychologist’s supervisory expertise and oversight. Because we are a non-profit training clinic, we can provide clients with professional, confidential psychological services based on a reduced - cost sliding scale. We work with each client individually to determine affordable rates for our services.

Payments accepted
We accept cash or check.

Payments not accepted
We do not accept credit card payments. Although we do not bill insurance companies directly, we provide each client with a receipt for services received.
