Hello,

I'm Mike Clark, one of the graduate students working with Dr. Herbert. I started out working under Dr. Jeffrey Clarke in this same lab my first year. It was towards the end of that year that I started my first research assignment involving ERPs and language using data collected by Tina McCann for her dissertation. After Dr. Clarke decided to move on I became a research assistant for Dr. Kevin Kennelly, who then retired two years later. So now I am with Dr. Herbert my third and hopefully last professor, finishing up classes, analyzing data involving symmetry detection, grading papers for an undergraduate research methods class, preparing for the endtimes and various other pursuits.
Other interests at this time include chaos theory and cosmology (but I don't really have the math for either), books by Denis Johnson, Barthelme, Bukowski, Huxley, Ashbery etc., taoism, playing guitar (required of all citizens of denton), and other things I can't think of at the moment while writing this.

Here are a couple of my favorite sites

I will probably have my own site up in the future and will provide a link to it once that's up. For now you can email here.
